Call for papers

Register your conference paper together with a brief annotation! Please use the registration form in the Registration section.

Deadline: 24 October 2017.

The Conference will consist of several segments. Each Thematic Group will include four segments. The time limit for the specific types of talks/papers is illustrative, and will be specified later (depending on the number of registered talks/papers). In the following list you will find an overview of possible themes and/or issues related to the particular thematic groups.

Main papers
The aim of these main papers is to define the particular thematic groups, mainly theoretically, going slightly beyond to the practical level. The lecturers will be selected and the themes will be precisely formulated within preparatory workshops.
Duration: 20 to 30 minutes.

Contributed papers
Contributed papers to the main papers should bring specific examples of good and bad practice related to the problem area in question. You are encouraged to present your experience related to a particular solution of any part of the given problem area in your institution.
Duration: 15 to 20 minutes.

Discussion papers
Contributions to a discussion may link to the Thematic Groups in any manner. They should be short talks reflecting on current issues, or they may propose solutions to the problems discussed. Equally, they may open new questions related to the formulated themes, or participants may just like to comment on the other contributions within the Thematic Group.
Duration: 10 minutes.

Group work
The Conference also includes group work, which will be organised on a participation basis. Issues to be addressed will be announced nearer the time. Participants may join a group of their preference in order to be able to actively contribute in searching for possible outputs.
Duration: 1 to 2 hours.
